Kaitlin Sullivan is a Director of Content Policy at Facebook. The Content Policy team manages the policies for speech on the platform, covering issues from hate speech and terrorism to child safety and exploitation. Kaitlin regularly speaks on these issues at universities and conferences, including the Conference on Crimes Against Women, Content Moderation at Scale, and the Internet Governance Forum. Prior to joining Facebook, Kaitlin worked as a rape crisis advocate and educator at the YWCA of Silicon Valley. Kaitlin holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Public Policy from the George Washington University.
