Ulrick Casseus leads Facebook’s Organic Content Policy team which is responsible for developing the Community Standards. During his time at the company he’s worked on hate speech, hate organization, and voter interference policies. Prior to joining Facebook Ulrick was an attorney specializing in real estate finance and housing policy. Ulrick is a graduate of the University of Virginia and currently resides in Washington, DC.
