Debbie Lee is the Chief Marketing Officer at 4moms, an innovation-rooted baby gear company committed to creating better products for parents. Debbie joined 4moms in September 2020 to oversee Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to build the brand and further its momentum in the juvenile space.

Debbie’s classic consumer packaged goods background extends into beauty, private-equity turnarounds and the fashion rental tech start-up space. She joins 4moms from Caastle, where she led Brand and Creative for home-grown DTC brands Gwynnie Bee and Haverdash, and their shared mission to offer women a new way to engage with clothing through rental. As Head of Marketing at Skip Hop, Debbie led an in-house brand repositioning and e-commerce relaunch. At New Avon and Elizabeth Arden, Debbie led brand and category development, focusing on driving new innovations across Skincare, Fragrance, Make-up and Body. Debbie’s time at Unilever’s Global Dove and Vaseline brands set the stage for her passion for innovation and the power of consumer insights.

Debbie lives in Brooklyn, NY with her chef-restaurateur husband and their daughter.
