Paul “PR” Rivera is the Chief Marketing Officer for the SpringHill Company, the global consumer and entertainment brand created to empower greatness in every individual. The SpringHill Company unites three companies built by NBA star LeBron James and his business partner Maverick Carter: UNINTERRUPTED, the athlete empowerment media and consumer product company, SpringHill Entertainment, the premium scripted and unscripted film and television production company and The Robot Company, the brand and culture consultancy.

Rivera previously served as the Robot Company’s President and Co-Founder. Here, he also co-created the Emmy-nominated HBO hit show “The Shop,” in which he and fellow co-stars have unfiltered conversation and debate with some of the biggest names in sports and culture.

Rivera also hosts “The Paul Rivera Podcast,” where he brings exclusive interviews with some of the most influential people in business, culture and sport as well.

Prior to The Spring Hill Company, Paul held a senior position at Nike, where he was Global Director of the LeBron James brand, responsible for all branding, footwear releases and global LeBron James tours, and also at Beats by Dre, where he helped to solidify the brand as one of the global leaders in entertainment & sports.

Rivera also sits on the board of Directors for the Victor Cruz Foundation, a position he’s held since 2015.
