Founder and CEO of XOMAD, a pioneering influencer-led marketing agency, Rob Perry has focused his career on harnessing the power of social influencers to set trends and spike sales. Formerly a corporate lawyer at Latham & Watkins, Rob has since used his strategic thinking as a sports agent for premiere athletes like Michael Jordan, and later as President of Champion Footwear International.

In 2005, Rob launched an event-based influencer platform that US Weekly ranked as one of “2007’s hottest” communities. While media for the platform drew attention to celebrity involvement, Rob’s newest brainchild, XOMAD, facilitates experiential marketing activations that use the expertise of a variety of influencers from big to small. The results are impactful campaigns with high quality content and strong engagement.
